For hot sandwich lovers, TNT Deli goes above and beyond. Hoagies, cheese steaks, and specialty combinations like the Tnt Spec. Ch. Stk and the famously hefty Grilled Fat Bastard offer layers of savory goodness, featuring tender meat, melted cheese, and fresh toppings. Each creation promises satisfying textures, from the crunch of fresh chips to the warm, soft embrace of expertly baked rolls. The attention to detail is undeniable—whether it’s the delicate sweetness of thinly sliced onions or the full tomato slices layered generously end to end, as noted by frequent patrons.
But what truly sets TNT Deli apart is the heartfelt service and strong community roots. Customers speak highly not only of the satisfying flavors but also the distinctly welcoming vibe. Long-time locals and first-time visitors alike marvel at the friendly counter staff eager to ensure each guest’s meal is just right. One impressed guest shared how the Italian sub was packed with so much meat and freshness it was impossible not to fall in love at first bite. Another praised the owner and staff as “amazing,” highlighting the subs' impressive size—“longer than my arm by a good couple inches.” This blend of warm hospitality with top-tier deli fare creates an experience that keeps people coming back again and again.
Whether you’re planning a casual lunch, a family gathering, or a special party, TNT Deli’s large subs have already proven to be crowd-pleasers, frequently the first dish to disappear from any table. It’s a true classic deli that honors the rich traditions of “Deitz and Watson” style sandwiches, innovating just enough to keep your palate excited while comforting your soul with every bite.
For anyone craving a sub that’s generous, flavorful, and made with care, TNT Deli at 138 N 2nd Street is a must-visit destination in the "Skook" area. With each sandwich telling a story of quality ingredients and passionate craftsmanship, this deli is a celebration of everything you love about great sandwiches and hometown hospitality.
One of the best places in the Skook to get a Sub or Sandwich!!
I've lived in the Skook most of my life. Never ate here til today. I must say , I'm impressed ! Just look at all the meat in this Italian sub. The guy at the counter was very nice , he said he hopes we like the subs and hope we come back. That's a yep , and a yep.,
Easily the best hoagie place I've been to. The owner is friendly and the staff is amazing. Definitely worth the price as the hoagie is longer than my arm by a good couple inches.
Absolutely the best subs we’ve ever had. We ordered several large subs for our son’s graduation party. They were a huge hit. In fact we ran out of that entree choice first! We will definitely only order from TNT now and highly recommend.
True classic deli! Excellent sandwich choices, loaded with Deitz and Watson goodness! My first trip there was not a disappointment as the Classic Italian was phenomenal. The excellent choice of Italian classic cold cuts incorporated into the fresh house made roll and combined with lettuce, full tomato slices laid from end to end (no selfishness here), and deliciously sweet, thin slices of onion brought it altogether. The (super hot) pepper spread and oil gave it just the right kick! I will be back and suggest that you stop by the next time you are near 138 N 2nd Street, St Clair, PA, or make the trip intentional for a well worth the trip treat! The next time, if I can reserve extra stomach space, I will probably try their claim to fame, the “Fat Bastard”.
I go here once a year and I look forward to it every time. The people that work there are so kind and amazing! Would recommend to anyone.
You can't beat a TNT hoagie!!! A large served 4 in our family. Half still there for football lunch. Nuff said
Always one of my first stops when I’m back in the USA visiting my family. Best subs around.
